  1. Aboveground (ABG) tree/shrub carbon is modeled as a logistic curve, using actual measurements of living biomass in restoration plots aged 1–42 years. Belowground (BLG) tree/shrub carbon is predicted from site age and plot-level live-tree biomass. The change in soil carbon represents the predicted mean value from a linear regression of soil C stock vs. restoration age; the regression was not significant for the channel landform. All values are in Mg C ha−1
